I am a certified clinical counsellor, whose focus has been on addressing anxiety, depression, and working with couples. More specifically I work with relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem, grief and more. In my practice I have a solution focused approach to both individual and relationship challenges. I believe the process of therapy begins with an assessment and recommendation to follow evidence-based treatment plans to achieve goals that have been set in collaboration between the therapist and client.
