As a therapist, educator, and parent, I bring both professional experience and heartfelt compassion to my work as a counsellor. Having spent most of my career supporting youth and families with diverse needs, I understand the unique challenges people face across different stages of life. My background in education has shaped my holistic approach to counselling, focusing not only on mental health, but also on personal growth, communication, and resilience. Whether working with young people navigating life’s pressures or adults seeking clarity and healing, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported.
I am a certified clinical counsellor with experience in supporting people with challenges such as anxiety, grief, parenting struggles, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationships. Using approaches tailored to the individual, I help people of all ages explore their emotions, overcome challenges, and reconnect with their strengths. Everyone’s journey is different, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they create lasting, meaningful change.

I am a certified clinical counsellor, whose focus has been on addressing anxiety, depression, and working with couples. More specifically I work with relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem, grief and more. In my practice I have a solution focused approach to both individual and relationship challenges. I believe the process of therapy begins with an assessment and recommendation to follow evidence-based treatment plans to achieve goals that have been set in collaboration between the therapist and client.
